What's New

• PINNED section — pinned chats and missions now live in one section at the top of the sidebar instead of sorting to the top of their own groups. Drag pinned rows to reorder them; unpinning returns a row to its project (or the root list). The section hides itself when nothing is pinned (#317)
• Reorder projects by dragging — project rows can be dragged up and down within the sidebar, so active projects don't stay buried under dormant ones (#324)

Improvements

• Folders retired — projects are now the only way to group chats and missions. Folders had become projects-without-a-directory, and carrying both meant two creation flows and two deletion behaviors. Existing folders are dissolved on upgrade: their contents move up to the top level, in place, and can be re-filed into projects (#321)

Bug Fixes

• Sidebar section headers truncate correctly in a narrow sidebar, with the collapse chevron staying beside the label (#322)
