What's New

• Periodic update checks — Runner now re-checks for updates every few hours while running, and on window focus after sleep, so long-running sessions learn about releases without a restart. Updates get their own Settings pane (moved out of About), and "Check for Updates…" lives in the app menu where Mac apps keep it. Restart remains manual — the app never relaunches itself under running agents (#333)

Bug Fixes

• Mission nudges no longer corrupt your typing — inbox nudges and message relays delivered to a pane where you're mid-draft are parked until you submit or clear your input, then delivered (coalesced) instead of appending to your half-typed text and submitting the mangled result (#328)
• With the auto-download toggle off, Runner still checks for updates and tells you one is available — previously toggle-off meant it never looked at all (#333)
• The sidebar workspace divider is visible again, separating workspace entries from content (#331)
