Improvements

• Mission messages can no longer be silently missed — each running mission now has a reconciliation clock: every 30 seconds it checks whether any idle runner has unread inbox mail whose wake-up nudge got lost (session died before delivery, respawn raced a parked notification, and similar), and re-nudges through the normal delivery path. Agents never poll and empty checks cost nothing; once the runner reads its inbox, the clock goes quiet. Together with v0.3.21's deferred nudges, mission wake delivery is now at-least-once (#332)
• Parked nudges now wait 500ms after you submit or clear your input before delivering, instead of landing the instant you hit Enter — and if you start typing again inside that window, delivery re-parks (#332)
