v0.3.23
Features
- Read-mostly mission feed (#330): the feed now answers what is happening — talk to a runner by typing into its pane. The mission composer and the
--to humanreply protocol are gone, so worker prompts spend their entire budget on coordination verbs;ask_humancards remain the one structured escalation path, and historical logs still render every legacy event. - Blocked inbox delivery indicator (#336): when your half-typed draft in a runner's pane is holding back an inbox wake nudge, the pane now shows an amber "Inbox waiting — typing detected, delivery paused" pill with a Clear input (↵) button (shown while the runner is idle). One Enter through the normal input path releases the parked nudge — no new delivery machinery, every safety check intact.
Fixes
- Session kills now verify and reap (#340): stopping a mission previously sent a single SIGHUP that claude-code ignores, silently leaking a live process per stop while the UI reported everything stopped. Kills now escalate (SIGHUP → SIGKILL), confirm death, and reap the child; kill sweeps continue past individual failures; and a startup sweep reaps historical orphans after verifying process identity.
