Multi-pane tab layouts now stay in sync across windows. Splitting a chat into panes, grouping/regrouping tabs, collapsing a tab, or switching the active tab in one window now updates every other open window (#258).
No more sibling-pane flicker on resume/start. Resuming or starting a session inside a multi-pane tab no longer causes the other panes to flicker, blank, or repaint. The fix scopes the terminal atlas repaint and pane-geometry sync so a per-pane action leaves its neighbors untouched, while keeping the WebGL glyph-corruption protection intact (PR #262).
