v0.4.0
Runner 0.4.0 marks the point where the workspace chrome caught up with the interaction model the 0.3 line converged on: the feed tells you what's happening, the pane is where you talk, and the header now gets out of the way.
Features
- Codex-style workspace header (#343): chats and missions share one slim 44px single-line header — leading icon (terminal / flag) + truncated title + inline
…overflow that absorbs the old kebab actions and subtitle metadata. Stop is demoted from the labeled red chip to a quiet muted-red icon beside the title (Resume takes the same slot when applicable). The right edge is pure surface toggles: split view for chats, and the runners-rail toggle always rightmost. The sidebar strip now owns the window chrome — traffic lights plus the sidebar-collapse button beside them, with a fullscreen-aware gutter so the button sits flush when macOS hides the lights.
