Runner v0.4.10

Improvements

• Runners and Crews lists now paginate in the backend. Paging and search moved into SQL, so a search matches across every page instead of only the rows currently on screen. The pager stays pinned at the bottom behind a divider aligned with the sidebar footer, and the list scrolls with a visible scrollbar — a card cut at the fold now reads as a scrollable region instead of content hidden behind the pagination block. The esc keycap hint is gone from the search field (Esc still clears). (#377)
• No more spellcheck squiggles or autocapitalized input. spellcheck, autocorrect, and autocapitalize are off app-wide — noticeable when typing handles, commands, and working directories.
