Bug Fixes

• Terminal rendering no longer corrupts during everyday navigation. Two follow-ups to v0.4.8's resize-storm work: the viewport clear now travels in-band with the settled repaint instead of firing per push, so switching to Settings and back while an agent streams no longer smears frames across the pane; and background mounts are fully frozen (no push, no refit), so leaving a streaming claude-code tab and coming back no longer stacks duplicated frames into the buffer.
• Restored missions can be archived again. Archiving a mission restored from Settings → Archived previously failed with "mission is not running"; archive now handles already-stopped missions on the visibility axis alone. (#376)
