Chat-style mission feed (#394) — the feed now reads like a Discord/Slack channel: every runner gets a deterministic pixel-identicon avatar and identity color, consecutive messages from the same author group under one header, the mission start renders as a divider and your kickoff goal as a regular message with a GOAL chip, system signals collapse into one-line rows with expandable payloads, and the needs-your-input card sits under the asking runner's avatar. The runner rail picks up the same identity: identicon avatars with a presence dot for busy / idle / stopped.
Bug Fixes
Mission runner status no longer gets permanently stuck on busy after a router nudge — the synthetic wake-busy now updates the status stores atomically, and status events retry instead of dropping under log contention, so the reconciliation safety net can't be silently disabled (#385, #396).
Markdown list markers in feed messages stay inside the message block, and message typography breathes more (#392).
