Runner v0.5.1

Bug Fixes

• Mission workspaces opened right after app launch no longer stick on a stale "stopped" state while auto-resume brings the slots back — session changes now refresh the workspace, Resume is race-proof against already-running sessions, and action errors are dismissible instead of a permanent raw banner (#399).
• The macOS traffic lights stay in their custom titlebar position through window resizes, including live drags — the frames are re-applied from the AppKit side instead of resetting to the stock layout until the next zoom change (#395).
