Runner 0.6.3
A terminal theme swap and the fixes that came out of smoke-testing it, plus two changes that landed after 0.6.2 was tagged.
What's new
- Monokai terminal theme. Settings → Appearance → Terminal theme now offers Monokai — the Monokai Pro palette,
#2D2A2Ecanvas, pink#FF6188swatch — alongside Runner and Catppuccin Mocha. Switching repaints open panes live, and the choice persists across relaunch. - Brighter selection in the Runner theme. The Runner terminal's text-selection highlight is now
#3B3E49, so selected text reads clearly in panes and in the mission feed.
Removed
- Solarized Dark is gone. If your saved settings still say
solarized-dark, the app falls back to Runner on launch and keeps every other preference — pick Monokai or Catppuccin Mocha from the dropdown if you want a different palette. More generally, a saved terminal-theme label the app no longer recognizes no longer invalidates the whole settings file.
Fixes
- Popup clicks no longer fall through. Choosing an Agent in Start Chat → Direct used to open the Model dropdown underneath the menu; popup panels now cover the controls beneath them.
- Single-line dropdown options are vertically centered (swatch, label, checkmark); options with a description keep their top-aligned two-line layout.
- A runner row the app cannot read no longer breaks the runner list — it is skipped instead of failing the whole query.
Upgrading
Sparkle offers this update to every 0.6.x install. 0.5.x installs still bridge automatically: they land on 0.6.0 first, then Sparkle brings them here — the bridge stays in place through the 0.6.x line.
If you installed the first 0.6.3 build (published and withdrawn on 2026-08-24), this one is offered as an update too: it is the same release with the Runner terminal canvas back at its original #15161B after the lifted canvas made the terminal and the chat's side panel read as one surface.
