Runner 0.6.6

A one-fix release: the crew-delete confirm from 0.6.5 could still render wrong on some machines.

Fixes

• The delete confirm no longer renders as a blank panel taller than the window. 0.6.5 fixed the dialog on the machines where its buttons hung below the panel, but on others the same dialog came up as an empty column with the title and buttons pushed off-screen — the panel's height came from a layout probe that measured the text one glyph per line, and which machines hit it depended on layout order. The dialog's text now has explicit widths, and a layout test pins it at two zoom levels and three window sizes. Applies to every confirm dialog in the app (crew delete, runner delete, project delete).

Upgrading

Sparkle offers this update to every 0.6.x install on Apple Silicon. 0.5.x installs still bridge automatically: they land on 0.6.0 first, then Sparkle brings them here — the bridge stays in place through the 0.6.x line.
