Runner 0.7.1

A patch on the 0.7.0 line — two session-identity bugs that made resume lie to you, and one crooked icon.

Fixes

• /clear no longer orphans a claude-code chat (#459). /clear doesn't clear a conversation — it ends the session and starts a new one with a new id. Runner only knew the id it assigned at spawn, so stopping and resuming a cleared pane silently brought back the pre-clear conversation, and forking it forked the old history. Every claude spawn now carries a SessionStart hook that reports the live session id back to Runner the moment it changes; resume and fork follow the conversation you can actually see. The hook merges with your own Claude hooks — nothing in ~/.claude is touched or overridden.
• Chinese text no longer turns to mojibake (#461). Dock-launched apps inherit no locale, so every spawned session ran in the C locale and claude's clipboard reads decoded UTF-8 as Mac Roman — paste 曾思艺, get 曾思艺. Sessions now get LC_CTYPE=UTF-8 when nothing else supplies a locale, the same fallback real terminals set on their PTYs. A locale you set yourself — in your shell or on a runner — still wins.
• The fork icon is now the actual lucide git-fork. The shipped glyph was a mis-graft — git-fork's three dots with git-branch's connectors — so the tab-menu and header icons read lopsided. One-line swap for the real trident.

Upgrading

Sparkle offers this update to every 0.7.0 install; older installs on the 0.6.x line pick it up through the normal update path. The /clear fix applies to sessions spawned after the update — resumed sessions respawn, so they pick it up too.
