Runner 0.7.5

A maintenance release: one real bug fix for fresh installs, and the first of four consolidation passes over the codebase with no behavior change.

Fixes

• Fresh installs get the runner CLI and the MCP proxy. Since the native rewrite, the app never copied its two bundled helper binaries into app data. Existing machines still had copies from before the cutover and kept working; a new install had neither, so missions could not coordinate (runner was not found inside the crew's terminals) and the Claude Code / Codex / TRAE MCP entry pointed at a binary that did not exist. Both are now installed on every launch and refreshed after an update. (#480)

Internal

• Consolidation pass 1. Every comment left over from the Tauri, webview, and xterm.js era is rewritten for the native app or removed; code with no caller outside its own tests is gone, including the unused launch-script renderer and the pointer-first move-to-project operations; and every non-test unwrap/expect on an IO, parse, environment, or user-data path now propagates an error or falls back with a log line instead of panicking. 44 files, +224/−997, no behavior change. Passes 2–4 split the largest surface files. (#478)
• The Windows nightly pre-release has a spec again (#437).

Upgrading

Sparkle offers this update to every 0.7.x install. On first launch after the update the app replaces the pre-cutover runner and runner-mcp in ~/Library/Application Support/com.wycstudios.runner/bin/ with the bundled ones; nothing else changes on disk and no configs are rewritten.
