Deep-read reliability

• Resumes only unfinished rounds and preserves completed chapter output across Zotero note sanitization.
• Validates both comment and durable-link marker channels before resuming; malformed, crossed, duplicated, mismatched, or partial ranges are recovered instead of overwriting another chapter.
• Repairs legacy notice-and-append notes in place, maps only exact chapter headings, preserves unmatched/manual/image content once, and keeps incomplete sections runnable.
• Uses a separate deep-read queue budget of up to 5 consecutive no-progress attempts (default 5); any newly completed chapter resets the counter. Existing failed tasks saved with the old 3-attempt budget adopt the new budget when Retry is clicked.
• Retry, progress, pause, and migrated legacy task messages now reflect the real queue state instead of falsely claiming a terminal task was requeued.
• Rejects partial or empty provider responses and keeps failed slots resumable.

Polished presentation

• Internal zab://slot and plan markers never appear in sidebar previews, copy, Markdown export, chat context, or completed-task details.
• Removes legacy recovery notices without deleting adjacent user annotations.
• Completed image summaries render the actual image; mind maps render interactively. Saved notes remain visible even when PDF extraction is unavailable.

English and Chinese artifacts

• Summary, deep read, image summary, and mind-map lookup preserve the exact task kind and language.
