• Published the complete client-neutral Runtime API on the lifecycle spine,
  including context configuration and capabilities; locators and interactions;
  navigation, expectations and waits; evaluation and dialogs; network,

Fixed

• Routed remote Target.targetDestroyed through the shared cancellation-safe
  Page finalizer, closing local reducers and event hubs and preserving cleanup
  failures without sending another close or detach command to the dead target.
• Made BrowserSession::new_page publish a page only after the requested
  main-frame navigation commits, FrameStore applies the authoritative document
  identity, and the final document identity is confirmed, without waiting for
  the full Load event.
• Kept cancellation and failure cleanup ordered as route rollback followed by
  target cleanup, with each cleanup action performed exactly once.
• Upgraded to cdpkit 0.7.2 solely for its independent event-dispatch fairness
  hardening.
