YDrive 1.0.0 First Version

Welcome to the first official release of YDrive Emulator, a modern SEGA Genesis / Mega Drive emulator and game library manager built with C# and WPF!

✨ What's Included in v1.0.0:

  • SEGA Genesis / Mega Drive Emulation: Powered by the optimized Genesis Plus GX core.
  • Modern Dark Theme Launcher: A clean, responsive UI to manage and browse your retro collection.
  • Automatic Cover Art Scraper: Integrated with TheGamesDB API to fetch game covers and metadata automatically.
  • Multi-Language Support: Automatic detection for English and Turkish interfaces.

⚠️ Note on Core Settings:
While the core emulation (Genesis Plus GX) runs smoothly for playing games, some advanced core settings and experimental toggles may not be fully functional in this initial release. They will be refined and fully activated in upcoming updates (v1.1+).

🚀 How to Run:

  1. Download YDrive_Emulator_v1.0.0_win-x64.zip below.
  2. Extract the ZIP file to any folder on your computer.
  3. Run YDrive.exe and enjoy your retro games!

Note: On first launch, Windows SmartScreen may show a warning because the app is an independent fan project. Simply click More Info -> Run Anyway to launch.
