Release list
Ledgerly v0.1.0 — MVP
Ledgerly v0.1.0 is the first GitHub release of the single-bookkeeper MVP.
Included
- Web and owner-only Telegram receipt intake, with OCR, structured extraction, category suggestions, and confidence routing.
- Human review of retained originals, amendment and void workflows, recoverable deletion, and audit history.
- Receipt history, dashboard reporting, and Excel exports with original-currency totals and a separate converted management view.
- Monthly Close with bank PDF or normalized CSV import, source preview, deterministic reconciliation, payment follow-up, and whole-period Excel exports.
- Read-only Finance Copilot explanations grounded in selected-month evidence.
- Docker Compose deployment, Caddy HTTPS, and Firebase authentication for one approved bookkeeper.
Updating an existing deployment
Back up the SQLite database and retained uploads together before updating; keep an off-instance copy. Supported databases migrate to schema v9. Older images cannot read the upgraded database. Follow the Docker and Lightsail operations guide. Existing deployments keep the expense-agent Compose project name to preserve its named volumes.
MVP scope
Ledgerly is designed for one controlled bookkeeper, not public multi-tenant use. AUTO_FILED is an internal classification decision, not human approval or external accounting posting. Likely bank matches and Copilot answers require evidence review; neither proves payment. Bank PDF parsing depends on statement layout, and the optional AI fallback requires explicit consent. See the security model and limitations.
