Updated the system readme

Bug Fixes

  • Fix Gear (Sub)Categories that are defined as optional Matrix Devices not showing that on the ItemSheet
  • Change multiple sub categories to be able to be a Matrix Device
  • Fix bug where Actors PAN wasn't properly set-up in case of ACL changes to your Pan Admin's PAN
  • Fix Rating column in the Equipment tabs Gear sections (#322)
  • Migrate items with needsRating enabled and a value of 0 to a needsRating of disabled (#322)
