- Fix importing FoundryVTT actor exported jsons
- Only add a + in the Active Effect imported modifier text if the modifier is positive
- Fix actor json importer to not create AEs if a attribute/skill mod is undefined
- The Fix for ActiveEffect doubling 4.0.5 was causing errors in FoundryVTT v14.365 but not v14.366 // Disabled patch for 14.365 >> UPDATE TO 14.366 if you use v14 !
