This is just some code cleanup based on rubocop rules (we're trying to get these down to a reasonable subset for automatic fixups later), adding auto-targeting support based on the payload selected, and it lets you set the drive letter like 'e:', which I did accidentally a number of times before I figured out why it didn't work :)
