Members contributing periods

New API that retrieves contributions for a given a list of contributors with an associated active time period.

getOrgMembers: takes a member log string and returns an array with structured member data

The returning array of objects containing member data from the getOrgMembers should be used as an argument for the contribution methods (e.g. getContributionStats).
