Signed macOS developer-preview update for GitHub Notes. Version 0.1.1 is available in the official App Hub catalog at sequence 10, Hub #133. The 0.1.0 release remains immutable.

The tar and pack contain the exact tagged signed bundle. SHA256SUMS covers both downloads. Contract and immutable-source checks passed; application UI and original screenshots are unchanged. No new full native, live-provider or model execution is claimed; retain the README's preview limitations and use the compatible connected-services host.
Independent tracked-file checks found no private signing key bytes, local private paths or credential markers. A previous optional third-party secret-scan finding referred only to a public Git commit hash; its changed-head rerun was not reported at source merge time, and no pass is claimed for that optional check.
Post-admission verification: the default public catalog signature and each pack, index, manifest, icon and listing screenshot match the admitted release. This publication check adds no native, model or live-provider acceptance. The immutable tag and all release downloads remain unchanged.
