新增：拆解 YouTube 爆款，做自己的原创

• 一键拆解：素材页的 YouTube 视频上点「拆解」，Claude 读字幕、简介和热门评论，写一份拆解报告：
  • 为什么火、结构时间线、开头钩子、节奏；
  • 评论区在夸什么、争什么、追问什么；
  • 哪些能借，哪些不能碰；
  • 我们可以怎么做得不一样。
• 和视频绑定，不重复做：字幕和拆解报告存在这条视频上。精选、出题、调研、写脚本都直接读存好的，拆过的不再拆。想重来可以手动点「重新拉字幕」「重新拆解」。
• 一路传下去：
  • 精选时，Claude 读过字幕、决定入选的视频会顺手拆好。
  • 出题时，精选里还没拆的 YouTube 视频会先拆，几个账号共用一份。
  • 选题加入流水线后，内容会带上原始素材的链接，调研和写脚本时都能看到拆解报告。
• 原创这条线写进了技能：只借鉴选题、结构和观众洞察，原视频里的信息只当线索，要重新查证。稿子自己写、画面自己做，不逐句翻译原稿，也不用原视频的画面。
• 字幕怎么拿：
  • 用 yt-dlp 只拉一份字幕，不下载视频。英文优先，中文视频用中文；作者上传的字幕优先于自动生成的。
  • 已配好 yt-dlp 官方的解题包，用本机的 Node 解析 YouTube 播放器。
• 可选的 YouTube 登录：
  • 不登录也能拉字幕。YouTube 有时会要求「登录以确认不是机器人」。
  • 在「渠道 → YouTube」登录你的账号后，被拦时会用登录再试一次：只在被拦时才用，两次至少隔 5 秒，每天最多 100 次。
  • 登录失效时，渠道页和总览页都会提醒你重新登录。
  • 登录信息只存在本机，不进 git。

用账号跑 yt-dlp，YouTube 可能限制或封禁这个账号，建议用小号。

New: tear down YouTube hits, make your own

• One-click teardown: click "Teardown" on a YouTube video in the feed. Claude reads the captions, description and top comments, and writes a report covering:
  • why it works, a structure timeline, the hook and the pacing;
  • what commenters praise, argue about and ask for;
  • what may be borrowed and what must not be copied;
  • how we could do it differently.
• Kept with the video, never redone by accident: captions and the teardown are stored on the video. Curation, ideas, research and scripts all read the stored copy, and videos already torn down aren't torn down again. Use "Refetch captions" or "Redo teardown" to start over.
• Carried through the pipeline:
  • When curating, Claude tears down the videos it read captions for and picked.
  • When generating ideas, any YouTube video in the topic that hasn't been torn down yet is done first, and all channels share one teardown.
  • Items added to the pipeline keep links to their source material, so research and scripting see the teardown.
• Originality is built into the skills: borrow the topic, structure and audience insights only. Facts from the original are leads to verify again. The script and visuals are our own; no line-by-line translation of the original script and no reuse of its footage.
• How captions are fetched:
  • yt-dlp fetches one caption track without downloading the video. English is preferred, Chinese for Chinese videos, and uploaded captions win over auto-generated ones.
  • yt-dlp's official challenge solver is set up and runs on the local Node to read YouTube's player.
• Optional YouTube login:
  • Captions work without logging in, but YouTube sometimes asks to "sign in to confirm you're not a bot".
  • Log in under Sources → YouTube, and blocked requests are retried once with your account: only when blocked, at least 5 s apart and at most 100 times a day.
  • When the login expires, the Sources and Overview pages tell you to log in again.
  • The session stays on this machine and out of git.

Running yt-dlp with an account may get it limited or banned by YouTube, so a spare account is recommended.

v0.4.0：YouTube 渠道

新增：YouTube 渠道

• 用官方接口，免费：在「渠道 → YouTube」填一个 YouTube Data API key（在 Google Cloud 控制台免费申请）。保存前会先查一条视频，确认 key 能用。key 只存在这台电脑上，页面上只显示末 4 位。
• 按你的关键词抓：默认 6 组关键词：智能体、Claude、ChatGPT、AI视频、AI编程、中文，可以改、可以加，可以指定语言，每组都能先「试搜」。定时抓最近几天播放最高的视频，按每小时的播放速度排。
• 素材页直接看：视频卡片带播放、点赞、评论数、时长、有没有字幕；「全部」视图里也有一列 YouTube。看中的一键送进选题雷达。
• Claude 自己会用：精选时按类别读视频；调研时能自己搜 YouTube、读视频的完整简介（常有时间轴、工具链接、价格），还能读热门评论，看观众在争什么。
• 额度心里有数：页面上显示今天用了多少、什么时候恢复。每天 10000 点，定时抓取会给 Claude 的临时搜索留出 3000 点，不够时这一轮少搜几组。
• 不填 key 就不启用，其他功能不受影响。

修复

• 发抖音时，带空格的话题（比如「Claude Code」）会被拆成「#Claude」加普通文字，发布卡在填话题这一步。现在会自动去掉空格，发成 #ClaudeCode。

New: YouTube source

• Official API, free: add a YouTube Data API key under Sources → YouTube; you can get one free in the Google Cloud console. Before saving, it looks up one video to check that the key works. The key stays on this computer, and only the last 4 characters are shown.
• Your own keywords: six default groups (AI agents, Claude, ChatGPT, AI video, AI coding, Chinese). Edit or add groups, set a language, and test each group first. It regularly fetches the most-viewed videos from the last few days, ranked by views per hour.
• Read it in the feed: video cards show views, likes, comments, duration and whether there are captions, and the "All" view has a YouTube column. Send anything worth making straight to the topic radar.
• Claude uses it on its own: curation reads videos by category. Research can search YouTube, read full descriptions (often with timestamps, tool links and prices) and read top comments to see what viewers argue about.
• Quota at a glance: the page shows today's usage and when it resets. The daily quota is 10,000 units; scheduled fetching keeps 3,000 for Claude's own searches and skips groups when short.
• Without a key the source stays off; nothing else changes.

Fixes

• Douyin hashtags containing a space (like "Claude Code") were split into "#Claude" plus plain text, and publishing got stuck on the hashtag step. Spaces are now removed, so it posts #ClaudeCode.

新增：推特

• 推特渠道（可选）：在「渠道 → 推特」粘贴几个推特小号的 Cookie 组成号池，按你写的搜索语句定时抓最近两天互动高的推文。默认 4 类：AI 带来的生活变化、行业和工作变化、中文圈的 AI 讨论、AI 创作的新玩法，可以改、可以加，每条都能先「试搜」。不加账号就不启用，其他功能不受影响。
• 素材页：推文带全文、被引用的原帖、点赞转发浏览、是否带视频，可以按 24 小时 / 48 小时 / 7 天筛选，看到想做的直接送进选题雷达。
• Claude 能看推特：精选时按类别读推文；需要时能自己搜推特、看某个人或某个列表的最新推文；海外热点里加上了推特趋势榜。
• 发推：发布页多了推特，用你自己扫码登录的浏览器发。中文视频写中英双语推文，页面上实时显示推特口径的字数（280）。
• 号池自动维护：
  • 每个号定期用真实搜索体检。能登录不代表能搜，搜索被推特限制的号会自动转入冷却。
  • 冷却的号按 1 → 4 → 12 → 24 小时重测，恢复了自动回到号池，3 天还不行判定失效。
  • 查询碰到被拒的号会换号重查。
  • 每个号每天最多 150 次请求，两次请求至少间隔 3 秒。
  • Cookie 只存在本机，不保存密码和邮箱。

号池是拿账号的登录 Cookie 去搜推特，不符合推特的服务条款，账号可能被限流或封禁。请用小号，不要用你自己的主号。

New: X (Twitter)

• X source (optional): paste the cookies of a few spare X accounts under Sources → X to form a pool, and it fetches high-engagement posts from the last two days for the search queries you write. Four default categories cover how AI changes daily life, jobs and industries, Chinese-language AI discussion, and new AI creative formats. You can edit or add queries and test each one first. Without accounts it stays off; nothing else changes.
• Feed: posts show the full text, the quoted post, likes, reposts and views, and whether they have video. Filter by 24 h / 48 h / 7 days and send anything worth making straight to the topic radar.
• Claude reads X: curation reads posts by category. Claude can also search X or read a user's or list's latest posts on demand, and overseas trends now include X trends.
• Post to X: publishing now includes X, through the browser you logged into yourself. Chinese videos get a bilingual post, and the page shows the length the way X counts it (280).
• Self-maintaining pool:
  • Each account is checked regularly with a real search. Being able to log in doesn't mean being able to search, so accounts whose searches X rejects cool down automatically.
  • Cooling accounts are retested after 1 → 4 → 12 → 24 h, rejoin the pool when they recover, and are marked invalid after 3 days.
  • Queries that hit a rejected account retry with another one.
  • Each account makes at most 150 requests a day, at least 3 s apart.
  • Cookies stay on your machine; passwords and emails are never stored.

The pool searches X with the accounts' login cookies, which is against X's terms; accounts may be rate-limited or banned. Use spare accounts, not your main one.

v0.2.2：只接受本机请求（安全修复）

安全修复

• 工作台和热点服务只接受本机发来的请求。之前你在浏览器里打开的其他网页，可以在后台向本机的工作台发请求，比如让 Claude 开始干活、改技能、发布到你的账号（CSRF）；也可以借助解析到 127.0.0.1 的域名读写接口（DNS 重绑定）。现在：

  • 地址（Host）不是 127.0.0.1、localhost 或 [::1] 的请求会被拒绝；
  • 来自其他网站（Origin 不是工作台自己）的请求会被拒绝。

  不需要任何配置，本机打开的工作台页面、Claude 的 MCP 调用都照常工作。用 HOST=0.0.0.0 开放给局域网的，只检查请求是否来自工作台自己的页面。

感谢 @anupamme 在 #1 里报告热点服务的接口没有鉴权。

Security fix

• The workbench and the trends service now only accept requests from this machine. Previously, any other web page open in your browser could send requests to the local workbench in the background, e.g. to start Claude working, change skills, or publish to your accounts (CSRF), or read and write the API through a domain that resolves to 127.0.0.1 (DNS rebinding). Now:

  • requests whose Host isn't 127.0.0.1, localhost or [::1] are rejected;
  • requests from other sites (an Origin other than the workbench itself) are rejected.

  Nothing to configure: the workbench page and Claude's MCP calls work as before. When bound to the LAN with HOST=0.0.0.0, only the same-origin check applies.

修复

• 通过 curl … | bash 安装时，打开 Claude Code 登录会报 kqueue 错误。现在改为提示新开一个终端运行 claude 登录一次。
• 第一次启动时热点服务晚几秒才就绪，页面一直显示「热点数据服务没有响应」。现在页面会自动重试，安装脚本也会等服务就绪再打开浏览器。
• 关掉终端窗口后，热点服务可能留在后台。现在会一起停掉。
• 安装过程中途误导性地提示「运行 npm start」。
• solomcn status 在部分语言环境下报错。

• 用一键安装装过的：再运行一次安装命令，会更新代码并装好 solomcn 命令。以后更新直接运行 solomcn update。

Fixes

• Installing via curl … | bash crashed with a kqueue error when opening the Claude Code login. The installer now asks you to run claude in a new terminal instead.
• On first start the trends service needs a few seconds, and the page kept showing "trends service is not responding". Pages now retry automatically, and the installer opens the browser only once the service is ready.
• Closing the terminal could leave the trends service running in the background. It now stops along with the workbench.
• The installer printed a misleading "run npm start" message halfway through.
• solomcn status failed in some locales.

Upgrading

• Installed with the one-command installer: run the install command again to update and get the solomcn command. From then on, just run solomcn update.

• 不再需要 Postgres：热点数据改存在本地的 SQLite 文件里，不用另外安装、启动数据库。
• 技能变成你的本地数据：每个环节的岗位说明（技能）在新增的「技能」页里查看和修改，改过的内容不会进代码仓库。出厂说明更新时，没改过的技能自动跟着更新；改过的会提示你，可以让 Claude 把新版的改进合进你的版本。
• 配音技能：配音单独做成一个技能。在 Claude Code 的本地配置里填了通义（阿里云百炼）的 key 就用通义，中文最自然；没填就用 macOS 自带的中文语音，不需要任何 key。
• 首次打开的检查清单：总览页顶部会列出还没准备好的项（Claude Code 没登录、缺 ffmpeg 等），并写明怎么处理。

修复

• B站改版后上传页面不响应，自动投稿卡在「上传视频文件」这一步。现在改为点击页面上的「上传视频」按钮来选文件，并会先清掉之前没提交的本地草稿。

从旧版本升级

在项目目录依次运行：

• 数据库从 Postgres 换成了 SQLite，旧的热榜历史不会迁移，会重新开始积累，不影响使用。不再需要的 Postgres 可以停掉。
• 技能从 .claude/skills/ 挪到了 defaults/skills/（出厂说明），第一次启动会自动装回 .claude/skills/。如果你改过原来的技能文件，git pull 前先把它们备份出来，升级后在「技能」页里粘回去。
• 配音的 key 不再放在工作台里。要用通义配音，在项目的 .claude/settings.local.json 里加上：

• Voice-over skill: with a Tongyi (Alibaba Cloud Bailian) key in Claude Code's local settings, videos use Tongyi voices; without one, the macOS Chinese system voices are used. No key required.
• Setup checklist: the overview page lists anything not ready yet (Claude Code not logged in, ffmpeg missing…) and how to fix it.

Fixes

• Bilibili redesigned its upload page and automatic publishing got stuck at "Upload the video file". Uploads now go through the page's upload button, after clearing stale local drafts.

• The database moved from Postgres to SQLite. Old trends history isn't migrated and starts fresh; nothing else changes. You can stop Postgres if you no longer need it.
• Skills moved from .claude/skills/ to defaults/skills/ (defaults) and are installed back into .claude/skills/ on first start. If you edited the old skill files, back them up before git pull and paste them back on the Skills page afterwards.
• The voice-over key no longer lives in the workbench. To use Tongyi voices, add this to .claude/settings.local.json in the project:
