Green light for this PR.

I'm done with the revamped USD contribution workflow docs.
Blender page is ready for publishing but not published yet as it contains information from my PR ynput/ayon-blender#131.
Update: Blender usd contribution workflow is published.

It's worth mentioning that all pages have been migrated but not all of them have been revamed.
Also, some of these pages (in self-hosting section in particular) are in draft.

From this point on, I believe we can start continuously improving new documents without having to refer to pages removed by these PRs.
