Fix passing env in pre-launch hook - #20
On linux, 3dequalizer python needs LD_LIBRARY_PATH and PYTHONHOME environments set. This is fixing the case where Pyside2/6 installation pre-launch hook was crashing because those were not passed to the calls if set using AYON application addon.
Fix loader and linting issues - #19
This PR is fixing #13 - error happening on loading of plates in. It is also fixing the linting issues on mkdocs hook to comply with ruff settings.
Plate handles, frame rate and offset - #10
Plate that has non-zero handles is loaded with handles, offset is set to first frame, frame rate is set.
