Perforce trigger to spawn AYON events - #26
This PR adds possibility for connection between Perforce and AYON servers via P4 Triggers. This allows future automatization when some logic could trigger based on p4 commit.
This requires to deploy (commit) ayon-version-control/client/version_control/perforce_triggers/change_submit_trigger.py to P4 depot you want to monitor. After that P4 admin needs to set P4 via p4 triggers.

Provide workspace name instead of path - #19
Workspace name must be globally unique, so it would be troublesome to parse it out from folder path.
There was also a request for multiple workspaces, eg multiple UE projects per AYON project. For that profile per task was introduced.
Additionally collector for VC doesn't raise an issue as was pointed out that only set of artist have their P4 credentials, as they dont work with P4 at all.
