Add Superset session support

What changed

• add Superset as an available destination for resumed sessions
• detect the managed Superset CLI, authentication, and the v2 workspace setting
• reuse an existing workspace or create or adopt the required project and branch workspace
• create the agent terminal through the Superset CLI and focus it with a v2 deep link
• show state-specific setup guidance in Continuo without attempting to change Superset settings
• generalize terminal setup alerts so CMUX and Superset failures remain actionable

Why

Opening Superset alone did not place the resumed Claude, Codex, or OpenCode session in the selected agent terminal. Continuo now resolves the session Git context and launches the resume command inside the matching Superset workspace.

User impact

Users select Superset under Open sessions in. Continuo explains any one-time CLI login or v2 setup that is still required, then automatically manages projects and branch workspaces during resume.
