Standalone binaries for macOS (arm64) and Linux (x86_64).

Unpack the archive and run samizdat in a project's directory: it starts the server and the TUI in one process. samizdat --headless runs the server alone, and samizdat --connect [URL] the TUI alone against a running server. The first run writes its settings to ~/.config/samizdat and the project's workflow to .samizdat/. The model is the first provider whose key is set: DEEPSEEK_API_KEY, ZHIPU_API_KEY (GLM), then OPENAI_API_KEY; with none, a local OpenAI-compatible server such as llama-server. HARNESS_PROVIDER or :roles in config.edn picks one.

Runtime libraries: Linux needs sqlite3, zlib and OpenSSL 3, which most distributions have. macOS needs OpenSSL 3 (brew install openssl@3).

The macOS binary is unsigned, so clear the quarantine flag in the unpacked folder before the first run: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine ..
