This revision preserves and resolves the complete 2026-08-29 Explore Science review (99/100; 11 minor; zero major), adds an explicit assertion-to-property map, snapshot/high-water-mark conditions for delayed hazards, complete FsCheck and conformance-vector reporting, exact structural derivations for the 120,969 and 142,894 cut totals, and final terminology/layout corrections.

QA: main CI passed; 50/50 kernel tests; 5,540 public logs and all 317,296 cuts reproduced; 121 observed forks with zero mismatches across 16,625 retained events; Synthetic Players capsule verifier passed for 4,919 archived runs; activegraph-bridge receipt verifier plus 76 tests, Ruff, and mypy passed at 843824a; standalone arXiv source archive rebuilt to a 27-page PDF; all fonts embedded; full page-by-page visual inspection passed.
