Glance Speedlab v0.1.0

Initial public research release.

• 21 preregistered latency experiments across capture, transport, batching, model size, caching, quantization, token count, and decoder depth
• Local live-camera UI with Glance/MLX A/B selection and metadata-only telemetry
• Experimental 8-bit MLX direct scorer: 27.6% lower fresh-frame p50 in E017 and 25.0% in exact replication; 84/84 fixed-suite decisions matched, maximum probability drift 0.039
• Full technical report, claim-to-artifact map, aggregate JSON, negative results, and reproducibility instructions

Scope: tested on one Apple M5 laptop with a small fixed guardrail suite. The MLX backend is opt-in, not a general replacement for Glance.
