What is new

• Recovers in-progress responses after the app is backgrounded or the network disconnects, without starting a second model request.
• Reconnects to the existing response stream when possible, or loads the server-persisted completed response after connectivity returns.
• Replaces retry behavior for interrupted generations with a safe reconnect flow.

The app is a thin client and requires an OvertChat server. Server v0.21.0 or newer is required for resumable-generation recovery.
