Reeling MCP 1.0.1: tested developer setup and examples

Reeling MCP 1.0.1 adds a tested developer setup, versioned GitHub installation, executable API examples, a contribution guide and a registry descriptor.

Validation: a real stdio client lists tools and reads a local fixture API; syntax and package contents were checked. No production publishing or paid generation was performed by the tests.
