Reflect is opt-in. Turning Reflect on does not consent to automatic analysis: automatic analysis starts off and has its own on/off control. Existing Reflect records stay available, and you can keep analysis manual.
Reflect is self-contained: no skills, MCP, or Orca installation is required. It requires macOS 14 or later and Python 3; if Python is unavailable, Agent Cat shows Command Line Tools recovery guidance. Analysis requires a logged-in current Claude Code CLI and a supported model (validated with Claude Code 2.1.263). Codex-only analysis is not included in this release.
