v1.0.1 - Fix pasthistorystring field name

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Critical Fix: Correct all \pasthistorystring\ field references to \pasthistoryvalue\ in reference files
  • Fixed 69 occurrences across \common_queries.md, \diagnoses.md, and \schema.md\
  • The actual eICU \pasthistory\ table uses \pasthistoryvalue\ (not \pasthistorystring)

📝 Notes

The field name error was due to incorrect assumption based on naming conventions of other eICU tables (which use \xxxstring\ format). The \pasthistory\ table is an exception and uses \pasthistoryvalue.
