Improved the Broken Analog Clock.

Problem

The previous code was working but the hand was not spinning at the center and also going out of clock.
Also u can't use your custom background as it should contain the numbers.

Proposed Solution:

The new Code will solve all this issue

• Hand will spin from center and will not go out of clock.

• Added numbers to clock so u can use any background you want.

• Made Hands rotation more smooth.

Action

I’d like to take up this issue and work on implementing the fix as part of Hacktoberfest.

You can do this, make 2 design the black one and the white one as well and keep it side by side and in one of them make it smooth and another one make it ticking.
