Fixes

• macOS: find the Claude desktop app's bundled CLI. The app keeps Claude Code at claude-code/<version>/claude.app/Contents/MacOS/claude (reported in anthropics/claude-code#90748), but the lookup expected <version>/claude. With only the desktop apps installed, install.sh stopped with "claude CLI was not found". The version is now read from the folder under claude-code/.
• Both install scripts back up Codex's config.toml before removing the legacy ai-coop entry an older version wrote there.

This bug was found by AI Coop itself: the demo GIF at the top of the README is the actual run in which Codex reviewed the macOS installer and reported it.

• Marketplace install: claude plugin update ai-coop@claude-codex-coop; for Codex, codex plugin marketplace upgrade, then codex plugin add ai-coop@claude-codex-coop. Fully quit and reopen both apps.

What's new

• English panel UI. The side panel follows your system language (English or Chinese). Switch it in the appearance menu (remembered) or with &lang=en / &lang=zh in the panel URL. The menu now closes after a pick, on an outside click or on Esc.
• Experimental macOS support (not yet tested on a real Mac): scripts/install.sh, uninstall.sh and claude-login.sh. The server reads the macOS system proxy and the Claude CLI credentials in the keychain, extends the short PATH that GUI apps get, looks for the CLIs bundled with the desktop apps, and opens Terminal for the Claude CLI sign-in. Codex starts the plugin through sh with the Python 3.10+ chosen at install time, so it does not depend on the app's PATH.
• Run logs and preferences live in ~/.ai-coop on every platform.

Fixes

• Codex as coordinator could not let Claude edit files. Codex reads the plugin's root mcp.json, which lacked --allow-write. Both install scripts now write it too (Codex needs $schema in that file and a bare command name, not an absolute path).
• Switching the panel language no longer drops an unsaved model choice; several strings the plugin generates itself (step prefixes, interruption notices) are now translated.

• Install for Claude with claude plugin marketplace add / claude plugin install in PowerShell; the desktop app has no /plugin command and installs through + → Plugins.
• With only the Codex desktop app, codex is not on PATH; the README shows how to locate the bundled one.
