Implements EDITOR_DESIGN.md: dark cyan YouCut layout (top bar / black preview stage with custom cyan scrub + play / filmstrip timeline with centre playhead + edge trim / sliding tool panel).

PREVIEW FIX: PlayerView forced to a TextureView surface so it no longer renders black inside Compose. Custom transport replaces default controller; filter effects attach only when active.

Signed arm64 release APK. Commit on main.
