Agent Plugins Spec v1.0.0 support (#135)

dotagents now consumes agent-plugins-spec v1.0.0 manifests from external skill sources. Plugins are the fifth sync surface alongside skills, MCP servers, hooks, and agent roles.

Plugin format detection:

• External sources with a plugin.json at root get their skills discovered normally
• Opt-in mcp: true enables stdio MCP server discovery from mcp.json
• ${PLUGIN_ROOT} and ${PLUGIN_DATA} placeholder expansion in MCP server args/env
• Graceful degradation: invalid plugin.json disables metadata/MCP only, skills unaffected

New config fields on external_skills entries:

dotagents as a plugin:

• Ships plugin.json at repo root so ~/.agents/skills/* is discoverable by any Agent Plugins v1 client

• Claude Code plugins (.claude/plugins/*.ts)
