  • Replaced all define() constants with Config::get() across framework sources
  • Added Config class with dot-notation get/set/has, file loading, env-aware defaults
  • Added env() helper (casts true/false/null strings) and config() helper
  • Added Application class with boot() — loads .env via vlucas/phpdotenv, loads config files, initializes session and error handler
  • Fixed Error.php — uses Config::get('security.show_errors') instead of SHOW_ERRORS
  • Updated all test files to use Config::set() with literal values (no define())
