Renderer Fixes

  • Fix undefined ticket headers when AI puts non-tickets in tickets array
  • Fix undefined scope change descriptions (fallback to title/what/description)
  • Fix action items showing - when AI uses assignee instead of assigned_to
  • Fix duration display 4:60 -> 5:00 (carry-over when seconds round to 60)
  • Add fallback message for empty executive summary

Normalization Fixes

  • Filter out tickets[] entries without ticket_id (AI misplacement)
  • Map action_items.assignee assigned_to
  • Fill scope_changes.new_scope from title/what/description

AI Resilience (from v10.6.1)

  • Expand schema enums for ticket status, code_changes type, action_items type
  • Detect thinking budget drain (0 output tokens) and auto-retry with reduced thinking

Tests: 496 passing (8 new)
