xpad3-cli v0.1.5

v0.1.5 fixes the per-boot safety state after the PD3S app-domain probe parks or times out while deliberately leaving its stale waiter alive.

The IonStack runner now stops immediately with exit code 75 instead of waiting for the 90-second capture timeout. xpad3-cli maps both the new exit code and legacy v0.1.4 parked-probe log markers to NeedsReboot, so the final receipt records needs_reboot=true and same-boot cleanup or retry is rejected.

The exact PD3S /338 profile gate, KernelSU 32547 alignment and signed artifact locks remain enforced. A signed v0.1.4 to v0.1.5 delta is included.
