Fixed

  • Renamed CREW_HERDR_ENABLED to HERDR_ENV. Same =1 gate on herdr dispatch, just a
    clearer name — CREW_HERDR_ENABLED read as crew-afk-specific when herdr dispatch is a
    platform-agnostic mode any of the four launchers can turn on.
