Trash

Deleting a note is no longer permanent. Deleted notes move to a trash bin and can be restored from Settings → Trash, and deleting a folder goes through it too.

Restoring reads the latest copy from the database rather than the one in hand, so edits made on another device after the note was thrown away survive the restore.

Backlinks

Notes that link to the one you are reading now appear in a collapsible section below the editor. The section is hidden when nothing links to the note.

Wiki link autocompletion

Typing [[ now suggests existing note titles. Previously the title had to be typed by hand, and a single wrong character silently created a new note instead of linking to the intended one.

Fixes

• Sync addresses without a scheme are now treated as https://. An address like example.cloudantnosqldb.com — which is how Cloudant presents its host — used to fail silently: no error appeared, and sync simply never connected. Addresses already saved this way are repaired on upgrade.
• Dialogs and sheets opened on top of Settings closed the panel underneath. Clicking outside them no longer does that.
