YuROM Ultra V35 Beta
Pre-releaseYuROM Ultra V35 Beta
One UI, your way. A new chapter for the Exynos Galaxy S10 family, with
One UI 9 / Android 17, native YuROM controls and model-specific hardware packages.
Full ZIP downloads — Google Drive
Open the V35 Beta download folder
Each model folder contains the complete ROM ZIP, matching small r4 installer,
SHA-256 checksums, model validation notes and a separate TWRP recovery folder.
No split-file joining is needed for Drive downloads. Download the two ZIPs
individually; if Drive creates an outer archive, extract that archive first.
Keep the original inner ROM/installer filenames unchanged.
Use only your exact model's files. Snapdragon, Korean N variants and S10 5G are
outside this release's support scope.
Coming from One UI 6 / 6.1 or another ROM
Use a clean installation. A matching HWC1/HWC2 firmware base, unlocked
bootloader, working compatible TWRP and the original partition layout are required.
If those are already in place, returning to stock is not required merely because
the old ROM is a One UI 6 port. YuROM does not update bootloader/modem firmware or
repair a repartitioned device.
Format Data erases apps, accounts and internal storage. Back up externally first.
- Download your full ROM ZIP and matching small
*_INSTALLER_r4.zip; verify hashes. - In TWRP, choose Wipe → Format Data → yes, then Reboot → Recovery.
- Data must mount as fresh ext4; unmount System/System Root and Vendor.
- Keep the two final ZIPs together on exFAT storage or transfer them after formatting.
- Install the small r4 installer ZIP. Do not select the large ROM ZIP directly
in TWRP 3.7.0_9-1. - Wait for “Installation and block-device readback passed.”, then reboot System.
ADB sideload is unsupported by this two-file method. The installer does not write
recovery, modem, bootloader, EFS or the partition table. The included TWRP TAR/IMG
files are separate recovery inputs, not ROM ZIP installers; replacing working
compatible recovery is not a required migration step. See the detailed guides in Drive.
GitHub alternative: numbered download parts
The assets below are an alternative mirror. GitHub's per-file size limit requires
three numbered parts per ROM. Download all three parts for your model, its small
installer, DOWNLOADS.json and join_yurom_beta.py into one directory.
With Python 3.11+, run the command for your exact model, for example:
python join_yurom_beta.py SM-G973FReconstruct on NTFS or a Linux filesystem supporting hardlinks, then transfer the
two final ZIPs to recovery storage. The helper verifies every part, the full payload
and the small installer. Numbered transport parts themselves are not flashable.
Beta validation and limitations
The reference S10's exact V35 system image passed full block readback, normal boot,
encrypted userdata access, native broker checks and both Settings GitHub links.
Beta packages retain those image bytes. All three packages passed host image/chunk
checks and actual ARM64 recovery extraction checks.
A prior native clean installation used V32. The full V35 Beta ZIP has not been
clean-installed on a physical device; S10e/S10+ physical validation remains pending.
SELinux is Permissive in the accepted device configuration. Audible HDMI/TV
output, DeX reconnect, long-term OC/undervolt stability and comprehensive Personal
Data Engine functionality remain outside completed acceptance. Read per-model validation.
