Stream errors after startup now explain why retries were skipped directly in the log message, including keyword matches and delivery counts. These diagnostics remain visible in CPA's fixed-field log output.
The first eight nonempty payloads include bounded summaries of known event types and sizes. These summaries exclude response content, tool arguments, response IDs, and arbitrary upstream event names. Retry behavior is unchanged.
Validation: go test -mod=readonly ./..., plus GitHub Actions tests and builds for Windows amd64, Linux amd64, and macOS arm64.
