Summary:
  - CPU Arch was missing for onprem in create universe — fixed to match old UI
  - CPU Arch / Linux Version missing in Add RR — added those, and fixed Linux Version not getting filled
  - Number fields were clamping while typing (couldn’t clear / hard to type values) — now validate on submit instead
  - IOPS / throughput min max from backend now checked in UI
  - Removed max auto-fill while typing; over-max is validated on submit like min
  - K8 Provisioned Throughput / Pod can be empty — now validates
  - K8 couldn’t go Next even after fixing errors — fixed
  - Checking “Keep master same as T-Server” now revalidates form
  - Edit RR missing Storage Class vs old UI — added (when AZ overrides enabled) and related seed/routing fixes
