Gif Sheet doesn't have correct write permissions on creation

I assumed it would inherit the edit permissions from the parent directory, but it appears that's not the case and only the person who ran the script will have edit access.

Either explicitly take the parent directory's permissions and apply them to the new file, or give edit with link by default.
