Added

• Add support for webp.
• Add dark mode.
• Add 'AlwaysStartWithDarkMode' option in 'config.ini'. default value is False.
  (Note: Due to added dark mode also added dependencies.)
  (Note2: If you are using binary edition, please rerun install.sh / install.bat.)
• 'Refiner' status, 'VAE hashes' status and 'TI hashes' status are now supported.
  (Note: TI status shown in Lora/Addnet tab for present.)

Changed

• Combo box for tab navigation and main tabs has been synchronized.
• Adjusted the status display to not be affected by the aspect ratio of the pixmap.
  (Note: However, the window tends to appear wider, which might be subject to additional adjustments.)
• Model hash extractor can now extract hash from .vae.pt files.
• 'Jump to' button has been changed to 'Listview' button. But Listview functionality is not yet implemented.
• Compiler changed from 'pyinstaller' to 'nuitka' and 'MSVC compiler' to avoid false-positive from Windows Defender.

Fixed

• The script couldn't find 'config.ini' when started with drag and drop on Windows.
• Fixed minor bugs around reselect and append tabs.
