refactor!: refactor AST

  • Refactor the AST to separate the source of a block from its content.
    This allows us to modify the content of a block without affecting its
    source.
    • Now Blocks that contain text content, such as code blocks and html
      blocks, store their text content in a BlockText enum, which can
      either be the same as the source or an owned string.
  • Refactor Text nodes to store a text::Value instead of a Textual.
